Preview, Squad List, Team News: Real Madrid Femenino vs. Real Sociedad; Copa de la Reina

Preview

Real Madrid face Real Sociedad in the quarter-final match of Copa de la Reina. The teams will face each other in the eliminatory phase of the Queen’s Cup in the only game played on Alfredo Di Stefano.

This is the third time in 2025 that these two clubs meet. In January, txuri-urdin faced Real Madrid in the Supercopa de España Femenina semifinals. In the semifinal match, Real Sociedad had a dramatic end to a match but lost 3-2 which gave Real Madrid a pass to the final. Two weeks later, the clubs met again on Zubieta to play the postponed Liga F match that was scheduled in November 2024. Las Blancas came victorious in that encounter as well, beating the Basque side 1-4. Only a week later, Real Madrid awaits Real Sociedad on their home ground to face them in the remaining domestic competition.

Kickoff is on Thursday, February 13th at 21:00 CET (3 pm ET) on Alfredo Di Stefano. The broadcast will be available for free on Spanish television with the use of VPN.
