active stocks: Share market update: Most active stocks of the day in terms of total traded value

NEW DELHI: HAL(Rs. 2086.71 crore), SBI(Rs. 1674.30 crore), BHEL(Rs. 1553.66 crore), BEL(Rs. 1370.12 crore), REC(Rs. 1330.37 crore), HDFC Bank(Rs. 1262.98 crore), L&T(Rs. 1214.47 crore), Power Finance Corp.(Rs. 1128.50 crore), Mazagon Dock Ship(Rs. 1102.34 crore) and Rail Vikas Nigam(Rs. 864.01 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 11:05AM in Thursday’s session.

The NSE Nifty index traded 283.5 points up at 22903.85, while BSE Sensex was up 892.1 points at 75274.34 as of 11:05AM(IST)on June 06.

In the Nifty index, NTPC Ltd.(up 4.86 per cent), State Bank of India(up 4.75 per cent), Shriram Finance Ltd.(up 4.70 per cent), Coal India Ltd.(up 4.53 per cent) and Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.(up 4.25 per cent) were among the top gainers.

On the other hand, Hero MotoCorp Ltd.(down 2.49 per cent), Hindustan Unilever Ltd.(down 1.90 per cent), Nestle India Ltd.(down 1.42 per cent), Divi’s Laboratories Ltd.(down 1.40 per cent) and Hindalco Industries Ltd.(down 1.24 per cent) were among the top losers.
